Order questions

How do i get my items?

All of our items our printable PDF downloads. To purchase an item, add to your cart; when you’re done shopping, complete the checkout process. You’ll then be emailed a download link. The link expires 24 hours after the purchase. If you click an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.

I purchased something, but i never got the download link.

Make sure to check your spam folder. If you don’t receive the download link within 15 minutes, email admin@morganhill.institute.

do you offer refunds?

All of our items are final order, no refunds available.

I have another issue with my order.
